I coach at Lakeway to give back to the kids in the community, and to help them grown into responsible young men.
PERSONAL BIO
Born in Knoxville, TN, Coach Hunter Fortner grew up in the Corryton community, and attended Gibbs High School. He became the first state champion for Gibbs wrestling in school history in 2017 at 182 pounds, and graduated in the same year. Fortner attended UTC where he redshirted his freshman year and then was a three year starter at 174 pounds. He was a multiple time Southern Conference placer for the Mocs.
