WHY STATEMENT
Coaching the Lakeway Anglers is motivated by a desire to combine two passions: faith and fishing. When developing young anglers, you can not only teach the core competencies of fishing but also share Christian values and build relationships with students and their families.
PERSONAL BIO
Jeramy Ezell is an accomplished educator with nearly two decades of experience in teaching and leadership. He began his career as a coach and classroom teacher, where he developed a passion for helping young people learn and grow.
As his career progressed, Jeramy took on increasing levels of responsibility, serving as a department head, dean and in the last seven years, as an assistant principal. In these roles, he worked to create a safe positive and supportive learning environment for students and staff alike. Jeramy's leadership skills and dedication to excellence helped to improve student achievement and create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
In addition to his work in education, Jeramy serves as the Senior Regional Consultant for Math and Movement Inc., a company who includes kinesthetic strategies into the traditional classroom setting. He is a strong advocate for active learning and has worked to promote this opportunity for all students across the country.
Jeramy holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, KY, and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. He is a lifelong learner and has completed numerous professional development courses and certifications throughout his career.
Jeramy is known for his passion for education, his commitment to student success, and his ability to inspire and motivate those around him. He is a respected leader and mentor in his field, and his dedication to excellence has made a lasting impact on the lives of countless students and educators.
